Questions about delivery
A vintage signature piece featured on the site is a piece in stock at the retailer who offers it. Once your order is confirmed, they can ship it within two business days. The shipping time is indicated by the seller in the product sheet. If you are located in Paris, you can pick up your piece directly from the jeweler via click and collect.
Shipping costs are free in Europe. For the rest of the world, they are automatically calculated in your cart based on your order. Taxes and customs fees payable by the buyer may potentially apply.
Orders on Maison ELOE are shipped by different carriers:
– FedEx: Europe and France
– DHL: Middle East
– Temis: France (for high-value jewelry)
– Ferrari: abroad (for high-value jewelry)
Your vintage designer jewelry is securely purchased through a trusted third-party account. If your package is damaged or stolen during delivery, despite all the care taken with your order, the money will be refunded.
Questions about ordering and returning
It is possible to modify or cancel your purchase depending on the status of your order preparation. Please do not hesitate to contact us; we will be happy to assist you.
You have 14 days to return your jewelry. If your designer jewelry is delivered damaged or does not match the description, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the professional jeweler. If it is a withdrawal (because you changed your mind, because the jewelry is ultimately not to your liking, etc.), the return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, your return slip is printed by Maison ELOE and is deducted from your price.
Go to your customer account and then to the “my orders” section. Click on the order you wish to return and follow the steps. You will then be able to schedule a return by courier or to a drop-off point and determine the date that suits you.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the receipt of the last product in your order to return it to the seller from whom you placed the order. From this date, you have an additional 14 days to make the return, which will be entirely at your expense. Once the product has been received by the seller, you will be refunded within 14 working days.
