The history of jewelry

It was at the request of Robert Dumas, in the late 1930s, that the first silver jewelry from the House of Hermès appeared. He called upon a master craftsman, De Percin, who was bold enough to agree to work with silver at a time when the world of jewelry only worked with gold or platinum. True to his artisanal model, he created useful, durable, and elegant objects.
