The platinum orchid floral motifs are set with 282 round brilliant-cut diamonds of DEF VVS1-VVS2 quality and a total weight of 3.75 carats. The removable dangling drops are rubellite (red tourmaline). Each earring measures 32 mm high and 25 mm wide.
First appearing at the end of the 1920s at Cartier, orchids have since become one of the House's flagship symbols.
