Boucheron
BOUCHERON necklace, Bohemian Serpent, white gold and diamonds.
In 1888, Frédéric Boucheron gave his wife Gabrielle a snake-shaped necklace before leaving on her journey. This piece of jewelry was more than just an accessory: it symbolized protection and eternal love. The snake, a protective animal, was meant to watch over Gabrielle during her husband's absence. This romantic gesture marked the history of the Maison and inspired the creation of the Serpent Bohème collection in 1968.
