Dior's reputation is well established. Initially founded as a haute couture house in 1946, the Christian Dior brand diversified into luxury jewelry and watches in 1998, under the leadership of Victoire de Castellane. The history of jewelry

The GEM DIOR collection was born from the inspiration of Victoire de Castellane, artistic director of Dior Joaillerie, who wanted to pay homage to the world of Christian Dior. She was inspired by the fabric samples that the couturier pinned to the walls of his workshops to compose his haute couture collections. These small rectangles of fabric, layered haphazardly, were transposed into the jewelry in the form of mineral layers, like geological strata.
