Maison Mauboussin is the embodiment of French jewelry tradition, founded in Paris in 1827. Originally, it was a jewelry workshop opened by Monsieur Rocher, then taken over by Jean-Baptiste Noury, who won the bronze medal at the Paris World's Fair in 1878. The arrival of Georges Mauboussin, first an apprentice and then director, marked a turning point: he gave his name to the house in 1922, while preserving the artistic heritage of his predecessors.
